Bedford Christmas Market

Harpur Square will host the Bedford Christmas Market on Saturday 21st December.

There will be a craft and gift market, with traders from Handmade in Bedfordshire and Made in Bedford at No13, alongside other seasonal and market stalls.

Both Handmade in Bedfordshire and Made in Bedford are well-established groups of local artists, designers, makers and producers. Made in Bedford run a shop, café and art display space at No13 on St Paul's Square.

Alongside what are sure to be fantastic stalls from these talented local makers, there will be entertainment throughout the day with Gumbles Amusements, balloon modelling and the Salvation Army's Brass Band. There will also be a prize draw for the Bedford Market's Christmas dinner giveaway.

Mayor Dave Hodgson said "Our Bedford Christmas Market will be a great chance to pick up some beautiful and unique presents from the Handmade in Bedfordshire, Made in Bedford and other stalls just a few days before Christmas Day. There will be markets in Bedford town centre every day from Wednesday 18th December all the way to Christmas Eve. Come into town, support your local shops and markets and enjoy Christmas in Bedford."
