Climate Week 2014: 3rd- 9th March

3 Mar 2014

Climate Week is Britain's biggest climate change campaign, inspiring a new wave of action to create a sustainable future.

To support the campaign's fourth year of promoting Climate Week, Bedford Borough Council will be holding an information stand in Bedford town centre, inside the Howard Centre (outside TK Maxx) on Wednesday 5th March from 9am -3pm.

Visitors can find out how to reduce their energy and water bills, reduce and recycle waste, and find out about alternative transport options.

Lib Dem Mayor of Bedford Borough, Dave Hodgson, said: "Climate Week offers an excellent opportunity for anyone to find out more on how they can reduce their impact on the environment and save money.

"If you have any questions, or believe you could do that little bit more, then why not come along and speak to us?"
