Don't forget Polling Stations are open until 10pm tonight for the local and mayoral elections across Bedford Borough.

Commenting on Facebook, Mayor Dave Hodgson has said: "Polling day is well underway for the crucial Mayoral and Councillor elections - polling stations are open until 10pm tonight.'

"Please take part, and please support me for Mayor - I'm running on my record of action for Bedford Borough, and a promise of more.'

"These are critical elections with a lot at stake - please use your vote! And for a Mayor and councillors who work hard all year round and will get the best for your community, please vote Liberal Democrat."
