Henry Vann Hits the Parliamentary Campaign Trail

Local councillor, Henry Vann has been picked to stand for election as the Liberal Democrat candidate for the general election. Henry lives in De Parys, Bedford, where he was born and brought up and has been a local councillor for six years. He is currently the Council's Cabinet Member for Education, and is leading the transformation to a primary/secondary schools system and the scrapping of temporary classrooms in Bedford and Kempston.

Henry is passionate about Bedford and Kempston, and is extremely active in the community, volunteering with numerous local groups and organisations. Professionally, Henry works in London in the music industry, and locally he pursues his passion for music singing in the choir at St Paul's Church in Bedford. He is a member of the Co-operative society, Fawcett Society and CAMRA.
