Highways England are launching a supplementary consultation on A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet improvements.

The consultation will open on Wednesday 24 June and run until Tuesday 28 July 2020. You will be able to find all the consultation materials, including the virtual consultation room via www.highwaysengland.co.uk/a428.

The consultation is an opportunity for people to give the Highways Agency their views on the main changes made to the scheme in response to feedback from our consultation last year, further design development and environmental assessments.

These changes are a combination of refinements to the design, methods of construction and changes to the use and extent of the land needed to build, maintain and operate the road.
