Hodgson appoints new Cabinet for Bedford

New Bedford Mayor Dave Hodgson has appointed a 9-strong cabinet cabinet (executive) to run Bedford Council.
The cabinet in full is:
- Mayor, Regeneration, Partnerships and Diversity: Dave Hodgson [Lib Dem]
- Adult Services: Nicky Attenborough [Independent]
- Arts, Leisure & External Trading: Barry Huckle [Independent]
- Children's Services: David Sawyer [Lib Dem]
- Community Safety: Will Hunt [Labour]
- Environment, Transport & Deputy Mayor: Charles Royden [Lib Dem]
- Finance: Michael Headley [Lib Dem]
- Housing & Planning: Sue Oliver [Labour]
- Rural Affairs & IT: Nick Charsley [Lib Dem]
