The community "Henry Vann winning in Bedford and Kempston", is hosted on www.faceboook.com. It will allow members to engage with the campaign, and stay up to date with the latest news. Members will also be able to see the latest campaign pictures and videos, as well as write on the group wall and discussion boards.

Joining the group is easy, if you are already a member of facebook then simply search the group name in the left hand search box and join, if you need to join facebook it takes only two minutes and is accessible to anyone with a computer.

Henry outlined the importance of the group to his campaign, "This group sees the campaign going online, interactive and into the 21st Century. It allows us to engage with the public online. Supporters will the have the chance to really be part of something, when they join the group. The group will also be used as a platform for other innovative campaigning such as vblogs."

Lib Dem blogger and avid facebook user Linda Jack said, "we are increasingly seeing the effect of technology on political campaigning, Obama was really able to engage with the young vote by utilising social groups like facebook. This group is important in demonstrating to the public that Henry has a substantial support base, and can engage with voters."

Remember once you've joined the group you need to invite your own friends in.
