Mayor Dave Hodgson Christmas Card Competition 2020

Bedford Borough Mayor Dave Hodgson has today announced the winner of his Christmas card competition.

Over 200 entries were received from young people from across the Borough with many schools and home-schooled children taking part.

The winning design was from Priya from Camestone School. Priya's design with candles and baubles also included the 'stay safe' message which has been so important this year.

The runners-up were Avery from Hazledene School with a Christmas tree design and Iman from Brickhill Primary School with a reindeer design.

Mayor Dave said "Congratulations to Priya, Avery and Iman. I was impressed with all the entries and thank everyone who sent me their designs."

A selection of the designs are displayed in the Harpur Centre.
