The Bedford Remembrance Day Ceremony will be held at the War Memorial on the Embankment, and those attending should arrive at the Memorial by 10.40am on Sunday morning.
The Kempston Remembrance Day service and parade will be held on Sunday afternoon at 2.30pm at Kempston East Methodist Church followed by the parade down to the War Memorial to observe a minute's silence and to lay wreaths.
Commenting, Mayor Dave Hodgson said: "Once again, tribute will be paid at the memorial to those whose bravery on our behalf must never be forgotten. We will join together to honour those who sacrificed their lives for all of us. For our today, they gave their tomorrow and we encourage everyone to come along and show their appreciation."
On Wednesday 11 November the Royal British Legion will be holding their annual Armistice Day Commemoration and Two Minute Silence at the corner of Midland Road and Harpur Street (Boots corner) at 11.00am. If you are attending the commemoration, please arrive at Boots Corner by 10.50am.
