Elstow

Cllr Tim Hill, broken fence panel
Croyland Drive fly-tipping - a broken fence panel has led to some fly-tipping between a parking area and the bypass. Tim is paying for a replacement fence panel out of his Ward Fund and has asked for the materials to be removed.

Bunyans Mead Residents Meeting - Residents have several concerns relating to Borough and BPHA responsibilities. The BPHA Warden invited Cllr Tim Hill and several reps from BPHA to a residents meeting to discuss these concerns. About 20 residents attended and lots of issues were raised. BPHA has now accepted it is responsible for maintenance of the pedestrianised area. Tim has also reported to BPHA residents issues on overgrown trees and street lights not working.

Tim has successfully reported for repair the street lights that were not working at the back of Wadsworth Court and in Little Townsend Close.

Southill Estate Farm buildings - Following complaints from residents at the poor condition of some of these buildings, Tim raised these concerns with the Estate Agent and he is planning to request a site meeting with the Estate Agent to discuss the concerns further.

Stewartby

Double glazed windows for the Sir Malcolm Stewart Homes - None of the sources of grants in the package put together by the fund-raising consultant appointed by the Trust are apparently 100% ideal for this sort of work. This is a great shame as this work is much needed by the residents. Tim is pressing the Trust to be more pro-active in finding a solution.

Use of Village Hall as the village polling station - Based on feedback received on the day and since, this was a great success. There have been some communication issues with the team who provide the polling booths etc .That needs to be reviewed, but the actual location was a great success.
