WATCH - Council's Exciting new Engineering and Technology Development Opens

Earlier this week Mayor Dave Hodgson and Bedford Borough Liberal Democrat Group Leader Cllr Christine McHugh were on hand for the opening of Bedford Borough Council's exciting new Bedford i-Worx facility.
The i-Worx features twelve bespoke technology and engineering workshop units, one of which will be a dedicated education and training facility for new generations of engineers.
Cllr McHugh, an engineer herself, was asked by BBC Look East about the drive to encourage more girls and young women to consider careers in engineering, and you can hear what she had to say in the video here.
