Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly coronavirus statistics for Bedford Borough have been published. The snapshot now includes vaccination data, with this week's figures showing that 53.2% of the 16+ population had received at least one dose by 21st March.
The figures show that in the seven days up to March 28th:
- 1,662 people have been tested (373 fewer than the previous week)
- There were 61 Covid-19 cases (2 fewer than the previous week)
- The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 35.2 (down from 36.4 in the previous week
It also shows that 72,792 adults had been vaccinated with at least one dose by March 21st.
