Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly Coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to 24th October:

  • 8,800 PCR tests were taken
  • There were 799 Coronavirus cases (51 less than the previous week)
  • The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 457.4 (down from 486.6 in the previous week)

It also shows that 128,147 adults, or 87.4% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose and 117,788, or 80.4% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses by 17th October.
