Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly Coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.
The figures show that in the seven days up to 23rd January:
- 5,587 PCR tests were taken
- There were 2,660 Coronavirus cases (482 more than the previous week)
- The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 1,522.7 (down from 1,246.8 in the previous week)
It also shows that:
- 135,060 people, or 79.7% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose
- 125,319 people, or 73.9% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses
- 93,365 people, or 55.1% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with their Booster or 3rd dose
