Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly Coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to 27th February:

  • 2,154 PCR tests were taken
  • There were 589 Coronavirus cases (244 fewer than the previous week)
  • The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 337.2 (down from 476.9 in the previous week)

It also shows that:

  • 135,805 people, or 80.1% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose
  • 127,721 people, or 75.4% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses
  • 96,340 people, or 56.8% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with their Booster or 3rd dose
