Weekly Coronavirus figures for Bedford Borough published

The latest weekly Coronavirus snapshot for Bedford Borough has been published.

The figures show that in the seven days up to 13th March:

  • 2,189 PCR tests were taken
  • There were 1,517 Coronavirus cases (661 more than the previous week)
  • The weekly positive cases per 100,000 population was 868.4 (up from 490.0 in the previous week)

It also shows that:

  • 135,888 people, or 80.2% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with at least one dose
  • 128,171 people, or 75.6% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with 2 doses
  • 97,019 people, or 57.3% of the 12+ population, had been vaccinated with their Booster or 3rd dose
