Liberal Democrat Councillor Wendy Rider was, last night, elected Deputy Speaker of Bedford Borough Council at the Annual Council Meeting on Wednesday evening (2nd May). The meeting also saw Cllr Wendy Rider elected as Deputy Speaker.
