Healthwatch Bedford Borough are now revisiting some of the common themes to look at how Bedford Borough residents and patients are finding access to services now, six months on. Grant funding for local business

Home based and mobile businesses affected by the Coronavirus pandemic are being encouraged to apply for an initial £500 grant. Eligible businesses can now apply for the grant online via Bedford Borough Council's website at https://www.bedford.gov.uk/social-care-health-and-community/public-health/coronavirus/coronavirus-business-advice/business-support-grants/

Marston Vale trains to resume on Monday

Train services on the Marston Vale railway line (Bedford-Bletchley) will resume on Monday 12th April initially at peak times (three journeys each way in the morning and three in the evening) supplemented by a Rail Replacement Bus Service during the rest of the day.
