The East West Rail Company has now opened their Virtual Consultation Rooms. You can access at https://eastwestrail.co.uk/consultation/virtual. The rooms will remain open for the duration of the consultation.
From today (Monday 12 April), further lockdown restrictions have been lifted and businesses in Bedford Borough will once again be able to open their doors to local residents, shoppers and visitors.
The latest weekly coronavirus statistics for Bedford Borough have been published. The snapshot includes vaccination data, with this week's figures showing that 58.2% of the 16+ population had received at least one dose by 28th March.
From Monday 12 April, Bedford Borough libraries will begin to reopen on a phased basis in line with the "next step" of the Government's Coronavirus roadmap out of Lockdown.

The East West Rail Company are also holding some geographically based public events including on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week, again details are on their website. Mayor Dave Hodgson will also be arranging online public sessions to listen to views regarding the Council's consultation response as we proceed through the East West Rail Company's consultation period.
