Fusion Lifestyle and Bedford Borough Council have launched a series of initiatives to help care leavers, young carers and youngsters with disabilities or additional needs.
Bedford Borough Council's Executive and Full Council have considered the response to the summer 2022 Local Plan 2040 consultation. The Plan has been submitted to the Government's Planning Inspectorate so that "examination in public" can take place.
Work is expected to start imminently on the gateway Midland Road scheme, one part of the £22.6m Bedford Town Deal secured in June 2021.
At Wednesday's Full Council agreed the submission of the Local Plan 2040.
