Sir Menzies went on to ask why the Impact computer system is reported to be three years behind schedule.
Ahead of a debate on the CSA secured by the Liberal Democrats in the House of Commons today, Liberal Democrat analysis of CSA statistics reveals that 4 out of 5 absent parents paid no child support in the three months to October 2005.

David Heath MP, Liberal Democrat Shadow Leader of the House, today called on Charles Clarke to make a statement to the House of Commons about why a review of the system barring unsuitable people from contact with vulnerable children has only been announced today despite his pledge in a written answer in January 2005 that a similar review would be concluded by earlier last year.
