Lime Street Enquiry Office and Community Hub celebrates its first year
To cele brate 12 months since the opening of the police enquiry office and community hub at Lime Street in Bedford, the police are holding a Public Engagement Day on Tuesday 18 December, between 10am and 2pm.

Bedford Borough protects library services, whilst other councils slash theirs
The recent CIPFA's annual library survey has found that spending by local authorities on public libraries fell by £30m in 2017/18 and that 127 service points were closed down this year. This is in contrast to Bedford Borough who, under Mayor Dave Hodgson's leadership, have kept all of our libraries open.
